Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting early learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year. This engaging PreK-focused role, near Jefferson, GA, is designed for professionals with expertise in pediatric speech therapy and a passion for helping young students thrive. Work with a welcoming staff and utilize your skills in a variety of delivery settings, including teletherapy.

This position runs from August 2026 to May 2027, working 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The compensation for this role ranges from $45 to $50 per hour, reflecting the value placed on your specialized knowledge and commitment.

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (SLP) in Georgia required
• Experience or certification in the following areas strongly preferred: SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, pediatric and school-based SLP, teletherapy
• Background in delivering services to PreK or early childhood populations
• Solid communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Comfortable integrating technology for remote or hybrid services as needed

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy sessions to PreK students, both in-person and via teletherapy, as appropriate
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Mentor or support SLP-CFYs (clinical fellowships) if applicable
