Concierge

We are looking for a Part‑Time Concierge to join the TerraBella Hermitage community. The Concierge is responsible for greeting guests, residents, and employees, managing calls, taking messages, providing general information, and supporting daily operations. Responsibilities Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required. Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates them to the intended recipient. Greets residents and visitors, answers inquiries, and provides directions. Collates brochures for the marketing department. Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, and tallies meal count sheets for Dining staff. Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster, and Move‑In/Move‑Out Register daily; maintains Guest and Sign‑In Logs as necessary. Manages appointments for residents and family members (e.g., hairdresser, transportation). Maintains a neat and organized desk and entry area. Organizes and distributes mail to residents, Executive Director, and Department Coordinators. Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits. Adheres to all company personnel policies, operating procedures, and established policies. Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (preferred). One to three years of customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
