Join a supportive care team at Specialists One Day Surgery Center in Syracuse, NY! Specialists One Day Surgery Center is a locally owned, state of the art orthopedic ambulatory surgery center that provides a range of procedures including knee arthroscopy, lumbar and cervical injections, carpal tunnel release, shoulder arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair, and joint replacement. The center offers a collegial, team-oriented environment and a quick and streamlined credentialing process.

Shifts are weekdays only, 10-hour shifts. No weekends or call required! Team leadership is provided by Adam Wojdyla, Chief CRNA.

Staff members work in a care-team model.

Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment, obtaining and/or verifying patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks with the patient, induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia, monitoring of the patient's physiological condition, and performance of clinical intervention as needed.

Requirements include a current license as a registered professional nurse, graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education, and certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Total rewards include a salary of $295K, a chief stipend of $10K, and a sign-on package of $100K.
