Registered Behavior Technician ABA Therapist

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one‑on‑one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities. Job Types Full‑time, Part‑time Work Location In person Pay $23.00 – $27.00 per hour Benefits Salary increase after 6 months $250 bonus after 60 days and 300 billable hours 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Requirements Completed 40‑hour RBT training course Previous ABA experience preferred Excellent references RBT certification preferred; willing to assist in attaining RBT status Essential Skills and Characteristics Positive attitude and enthusiasm with children Reliable and dependable Responds well to constructive feedback Team‑oriented problem solver Strong desire to make a difference in a child's life Job Duties 1:1 therapy sessions Teach play skills and social skills Teach self‑help skills Document session outcomes Provide behavior support within group settings Why Join Us?
