Buckroe Coffee Co is more than just a coffee shop—we’re a community-focused drive-thru and café located on 17 acres of beautiful outdoor space, featuring a garden, playground, nature trail, and dog park. We take pride in serving high-quality coffee, handcrafted drinks, and a rotating menu of fresh pastries. Our goal is to create a welcoming and fun environment for both customers and employees.
Job Overview
As a barista at Buckroe Coffee Co, you’ll be the heart of our customer experience. You’ll craft delicious beverages, provide friendly and efficient service, and contribute to the warm, community-driven atmosphere we’re known for. If you love coffee, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and teas
- Assist with food preparation, including heating and plating pastries
- Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Contribute to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of our café
- Ability to self manage and maintain task lists
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Self Motivation and Accountability
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Prior barista or food service experience is a plus (but not required—we’ll train you)
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and mornings
