Interviewing Family Medicine physicians to join an Indianapolis, Indiana FQHC with 15+ physicians and five sites. The group is looking for a family medicine physician to replace another primary care physician who will be retiring.

Opportunity Highlights

• The position would involve 35 patient contact hours per week
• Work directly with 1 Family Medicine physician, 1 Pediatrician, and 1 Family Nurse Practitioner
• Strictly outpatient setting
• Administrative responsibilities can be taken care of from home. Most physicians see patients 4-days per week
• 1:12 phone call, call scheduled with nurse triage
• eClinicalWorks EMR

Financial Package

• $235K base compensation + productivity incentive + comprehensive benefits (malpractice- no tail required, health, dental, 401-K with match, etc.)
• $25K Signing bonus
• Financial potential over $300K
• Federal loan repayment

• Great locations on the south side of Indianapolis. Trafalgar has easy access to both Indianapolis and Columbus, IN. Indianapolis is one of the largest inland cities in the United States not located on any navigable body of water. It is situated near the geographical center of the state of Indiana.
