The UPMC Vision Institute seeks passionate and driven BC/BE Comprehensive Ophthalmologists to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to UPMC's mission of providing Life Changing Medicine by delivering exceptional eye care to patients in the Pittsburgh area. Responsibilities Manage a diverse range of cases, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and more. Actively participate in teaching and mentoring residents across hospitals, clinics, and operating rooms. Serve as part of community outreach missions such as Guerrilla Eye Service, Mission of Mercy and eyeVan initiatives. Collaborate on innovative projects focused on the science of the delivery of care. Join a dedicated team of professionals at the forefront of eye care. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology. Current Pennsylvania medical licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
