Team Supervisor

Teal's Market in Lisbon, ND is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Manager to join our team. As a Night Shift Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations during evening hours, typically working 3-5 shifts per week from 4 pm to 9 pm on weekdays and 2 pm to 9 pm on weekends. Teal's Market is committed to providing exceptional customer service, a welcoming atmosphere, and quality products at competitive prices. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store associates during evening shifts, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Perform cashier and personal shopping duties as needed to support the team.
• Promote store specials, sales, and the Teal's Market App to customers.
• Manage cash intake and reconcile registers at the end of shifts.
• Communicate regularly with the store manager regarding customer feedback, associate performance, and operational issues.
• Arrange coverage for absent team members by calling in replacements as needed.
• Assist with associate training and onboarding to ensure team readiness.
• Sign for deliveries and ensure proper handling of incoming goods.
• Uphold and enforce company policies and guidelines throughout the shift.
