Senior IT Project Manager

Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment and technology organization, is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join the their JedAI team. This individual will help prioritize the highest-value AI use cases and lead the planning and execution of initiatives across the organization’s lines of business. The program is responsible for developing and managing the centralized infrastructure supporting their Generative AI strategy, including reusable application tools, large language model infrastructure, agent frameworks, and data pipelines that accelerate prioritized GenAI use cases into production. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role requiring strong executive communication, financial and resource management, structured program oversight, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority. Strong risk-management instincts, including the ability to identify and escalate emerging concerns before they affect delivery. Experience with AI, Generative AI, data, platforms, or emerging technologies preferred (e.g. Copilot or Claude, etc) Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, MyPPM, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office 365 preferred Responsibilities of the right candidate: Lead complex, multi-workstream AI and technology initiatives from planning through execution. Support the prioritization, design, and delivery of high-value Generative AI use cases. Translate technical and operational details into concise, decision-oriented updates for executive leadership. Develop and maintain status presentations, project plans, risk and issue logs, milestone trackers, and other program documentation. Own and manage program budgets, staffing plans, schedules, dependencies, and delivery milestones. Make informed trade-off recommendations when scope, cost, resources, and timelines conflict. Conduct scenario and “what-if” analyses at critical decision points and present options with clear risks and trade-offs. Coordinate stakeholders across Attractions and Entertainment, Food and Beverage, Resorts and Transportation, Merchandise, and other lines of business. Identify emerging risks early and determine when issues should be managed within the team versus escalated to leadership. Maintain clear communication across technical teams, operational partners, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. Collaborate effectively with teams and leaders located on both the East and West Coasts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
