Carpenter PositionWe are currently hiring for commercial and residential carpenters for upcoming and on-going projects throughout Wisconsin. Pay is $25 - $35 per hour based on experience and skillset. If you have 3+ year's experience as a commercial carpenter apply now!Carpenter Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to assemble and install residential and commercial structuresConstruct, install, repair, and modify frameworks – wood and metal, framing, and support systems for residential and commercial buildingsInstall and finish interior elements such as drywall, acoustic ceilings, doors, windows, cabinetry, and interior trimPerform precise measurements and layout work to ensure proper fit and alignment of all componentsInstall commercial flooring, roofing systems, siding, insulation, and other building envelope elementsOperate and maintain a variety of power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipmentCollaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standardsMaintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering strictly to OSHA and company safety policiesCarpenter Qualifications:3+ years of proven experience as a carpenter on commercial and/or residential projectsOSHA 10 or 30 is a plus but not requiredSupervisory experience a plusMust have your own tools and PPEYour own reliable transportationBenefits:Weekly payPaid time offReferral programMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k)
