Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-oriented Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about cars, skilled in building relationships, and driven to achieve sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Explain vehicle features, warranties, and financing options
• Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively
• Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends
• Accurately complete sales paperwork and CRM documentation

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (automotive sales experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
