Location: Powdersville, SC
Are you a passionate leader ready to take the next step in your restaurant management career? We are a growing hospitality company seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our high-performing locations in Powdersville, SC.
As we continue expanding in Powdersville, SC, we’re looking for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong teams, and delivers exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations in our Powdersville, SC restaurant, including team leadership, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and community engagement. This is a hands-on leadership position with a structured 48-hour work week designed to support operational excellence while maintaining work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
Drive sales growth and profitability
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory controls
Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture
Qualifications
3+ years of restaurant management experience (GM or Assistant GM preferred)
Proven track record of driving sales and controlling costs
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
High energy with a guest-first mindset
Ability to work a structured 48-hour work week
