Hospitalist Physician - Physician-Owned Equity & Autonomy

Vituity is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians for a Hospitalist role at HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital in Decatur, IL. The position offers autonomy within a physician-owned partnership and a robust support network across 9,000 clinicians.
Typical day includes 16–18 patient encounters per hospitalist, no procedures or vent management, and Epic EMR with Dragon dictation. IL license is a plus, with comprehensive benefits and potential for profit distributions.
