Recruiting Coordinator

Recruitment CoordinatorCoordinate day-to-day operations of recruiting functions, including talent engagement and career fairs/events. Provide support for the Director of Employer Engagement and Associate Director of Events by performing specific duties in identified areas. May direct and coordinate the activities of student staff usually performing exempt and nonexempt tasks.ProgramsCoordinate Talent Engagement events, including information sessions, coffee chats, career conversations, and in-person and virtual interviews at ToppelPublicize and promote recruiting programs to students and alumni through electronic and traditional mediaPlan, market, and implement the Employer Practice Interview and Critique (EPIC) program to ensure employer and student participationWork with Communications team to market recruiting events and programs via internal and external newsletters and social mediaTrain professional and student staff on the process of coordinating Talent Engagement hosting responsibilitiesAdministrative Support & LogisticsWork collaboratively with the Employer Engagement Team to provide support for all activities related to Employer Engagement, including Expos and Fairs, interviews, and company-hosted sessions and workshopsAssist with planning and implementation of all career expos and fairs, which includes logistics, marketing, and communicating with recruitersProvide administrative support for the Director and Associate Director by scheduling employer meetingsManage marketing, set up, and catering for employer eventsCustomer ServiceAssist employers with registration for recruiting events and with navigating Handshake to create and manage job and internship postingsRespond to recruiter inquiries related to career fairs, events, and other Toppel recruiting servicesSupport employers and recruiters with recruiting processes and troubleshoot issues to ensure a positive recruiting experienceGeneral ResponsibilitiesMaintain high level of contact with employers to ensure they meet recruiting goalsAbility to work evenings and weekends as necessaryHire, train, supervise and evaluate Employer Engagement Interns (following completion of training on supervision and coaching)Participate in weekly departmental meetings with Employer Engagement team membersKnowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA)Knowledge of routine office practices and proceduresDemonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Workday preferredExcellent interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work independently and/or in a collaborative environmentExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to enter and verify information with accuracy and a reasonable rate of speedAbility to understand and follow oral and written instructionsRoutine participation in evening and weekend departmental programs and events is requiredEducation RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)Minimum QualificationsThree to five years of related experience.
