We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee's knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients.ResponsibilitiesThe below are sample responsibilities – specifics will be based on the department and role.Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.Support patient mobility, including transferring, repositioning, ambulating, and transporting patients as needed.Measure, record, and report vital signs and other patient observations according to established procedures.Observe changes in patient condition and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate licensed staff.Maintain patient rooms and care areas in a clean, organized, and safe manner.Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer processes.Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.Document care activities accurately and in a timely manner.Follow infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality guidelines.Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development activities.QualificationsCompletion of a recognized Nursing Assistant program.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
