Key responsibilities Manage and implement Epic HIM solutions, focusing on coding, deficiency tracking, and release of information Collaborate with clients to identify and solve complex challenges in healthcare data management Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery of services and adherence to best practices Required qualifications Epic HIM Hospital Coding, Deficiency Tracking, Release of Information, and Identity certifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Advisor Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
