As we continue to evolve, our mission remains clear: to deliver fast, reliable, and scalable infrastructure that fuels the digital world.Zayo is seeking a Senior Account Executive to actively sell into dormant, new logo, and prospective accounts in need of a broad spectrum of communications infrastructure. The successful Senior Account Executive will target and develop customer relationships and drive sales of connectivity and infrastructure services to newly acquired accounts and contacts within assigned geographical territories.Responsibilities:Generate sales revenue by actively promoting Zayo products and services to targeted and assigned territoriesExecute regional go to market plan to increase sales revenue in Zayo focused on Capital Markets and Financial Services and having a strong Network already in placeManage high volume of work while maintaining a high degree of responsivenessTrack, analyze and report on sales performance and activities in Salesforce and other reporting toolsProvide accurate and timely forecasts of sales opportunitiesDevelop and maintain records of customer activity for reporting of sales and forecastProvide accurate and timely information to managementCoordinate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and revenue objectives metCollaboratively work as a part of a team while concurrently performing as an individual with minimal supervisionQualifications:Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 6 years' relevant work experienceMinimum of 4 years' experience in the Telecom industryFluent in German and English languageKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce a plusBeing a team player is key for this roleAmbitious, willing to learnStrong financial acumenQuick learner who collaborates well with othersExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExceptional customer service and relationship building/maintaining skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsA sense of urgency and desire to rapidly accelerate results and career with Zayo Group SalesExcellent interpersonal skills and can work effectively with a diverse group of personalities; must be approachable, show respect for others and be able to present data with effective communication and presentation skillsWillingness to learn Zayo Networks value proposition, products, and services such as Ethernet, Waves, IP transport, Dark Fiber, and Cloud services/connectivityAbility to travel as required by customersRewards:Competitive compensation including sales incentive planGenerous paid time off policy including 30 days paid time off, one floating day and two volunteer days off per annumFitness membership discountsEmployee assistance programmes including mental health, wellbeing and medical supportZayo Europe provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, provincial or local laws.
