We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our customer operations team and work closely with the Delivery/Support/Data/Product/Development teams to ensure the swift onboarding of new merchants to our platform. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Product & R&D teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design/lead new merchant onboarding projects. Identify and assess risks and issues during implementations, provide mitigation options, and escape them to senior management as needed. Develop, monitor, and report on project plan progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and business requirements. Lead the onboarding process with new merchants Be an expert in Cymbio's onboarding processes and integrations Own internal documentation and establish best practices for all internal processes Requirements: 3+ years of experience in tech project management/Sales Engineer, customer-facing products for global SaaS companies Extremely organized with strong attention to detail Expert in project management with a technical background (API/EDI knowledge) Experience with systems like SFCC/SF OMS/NetSuite - an advantage Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Monday, Airtable, and alike.
