Supervisor Position

The Supervisor will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

Requirements:

• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality

• Meet safety and sanitation standards
• Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
• Works well in a team environment
• Previous Dunkin or similar fast food establishment experience preferred.
