You will be completing basic mowing and maintenance task on residential and commercial accounts in the great stark county area on a daily basis.. Learn from our highly skilled crew leads on best practices in mowing and equipment use. Maintain and inspect mowing equipment to ensure optimal performance on a regular basis. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Manage crew schedules and oversee project timelines for efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Assist in landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including trimming and edging and blowing of all properties. Requirements: Previous 2 experience in professional lawn care with references Strong knowledge of mowing techniques, equipment, and maintenance. Valid driver's license is a MUST Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and a passion for landscaping and outdoor work.
