A growing, multi-location restaurant group based in Washington State is hiring an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant in Spokane, WA. This role is suited to a results-oriented hospitality leader who can own daily operations, P&L performance, team development, and guest satisfaction.

About the Role

The Restaurant General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations in a full-service dining environment. The position requires hands-on leadership of staffing, scheduling, financial controls, and guest experience while supporting the group’s expansion across Washington.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, staffing, and scheduling.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing restaurant team.
• Own P&L responsibility: manage budgets, labor costs, food costs, and other cost controls to meet profitability targets.
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and company brand standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction, service consistency, and a memorable full-service dining experience.
• Collaborate with multi-unit leadership on operational improvements and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or equivalent in a full-service restaurant.
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, P&L, and profitability in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership, team-building, hiring, and staff development skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest-relations abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and operational excellence in full-service dining.
