Role Overview *NEW SALE — EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A HIGH-IMPACT POSITION* Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Manager 2 to lead daily retail foodservice operations at HMH JFK University Medical Center l located in Edison, New Jersey . JFK University Medical Center is a 499 bednon-profit, acute care hospital. It is a member of the Hackensack Meridian Health system and operates as a teaching hospital for complex neurological and rehabilitation care What You'll Do Ensure a zero-harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees. Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation, including branded concepts, ensuring employees have appropriate equipment, supplies, and resources. Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies. Maintains client satisfaction with food quality & customer service. Accountable for delivering service quality by maintaining the highest standards. Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers.
