Job Summary
Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) Apple Valley, CA. The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse to support diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization setting within an acute care environment. Candidates will assist with required clinical activities including circulating procedures and related patient care support. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: 4x10 Day shifts from 07001730, with on-call coverage from 17300700 on weeknights and weekends (Friday 17300700 Monday). Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Active California license (must be in hand)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Cardiac catheterization laboratory experience, including at least 1 year in a cardiac cath lab
  • 2 years of relevant experience (minimum stated)
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diagnostic cardiac cath lab experience, including left heart catheterization and right heart catheterization
  • Experience with cardiac stent placement and circulating procedures
• Additional Information:
  • On-call coverage is required (weeknights and weekends).
  • Locals are accepted.
  • Candidates must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.
  • Float responsibilities may be required within a given state, and refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
  • Pre-assignment submission requires that RTO is included at time of submission.
  • LA fire card within the last 30 days is required.
  • Two references are required, covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) within the last 3 years during the compliance process and prior to start (can include charge RNs/lead).
