Systems Administrator

A growing security software company is seeking a System Administrator to lead endpoint and SaaS platform support and management across a hybrid workforce. This is a hands‑on technical role with direct responsibility for provisioning, securing, and maintaining the systems employees rely on daily, while also delivering high-quality end‑user support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, security‑focused environment and brings strong experience across macOS, Windows 11, Windows Server, Linux, iOS, and Android environments. Responsibilities Provision, configure, and maintain macOS, Windows, and mobile endpoints Provide end‑user support for laptops, mobile devices, SaaS tools, and authentication systems Manage and improve MDM platforms (Jamf and Intune) Package and deploy software to Apple and Microsoft devices Administer cloud platforms including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and identity providers Troubleshoot corporate Wi‑Fi, LAN, VPN, and printer/scanner services Support conference room A/V systems, including troubleshooting, setup, and maintenance Assist with light office IT operations, including conference room technology, shared devices, and general office support coordination Oversee endpoint backups and assist with backup infrastructure Maintain asset inventory and SaaS license tracking Document system configurations, procedures, and IT workflows Requirements Must be US Citizen 5+ years of experience in IT support and endpoint administration across macOS, Windows, and mobile environments Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows 11, Windows Server, Linux, iOS, and Android 2+ years of experience with MDM platforms, SaaS administration, and cloud identity systems Experience supporting corporate networks including firewalls, DNS, VPN, and Wi‑Fi Skilled in enterprise software deployment and packaging Experience with virtualization platforms and desktop virtualization tools Experience using AI‑assisted tools to improve IT operations, troubleshooting, documentation, and workflow automation Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills Relevant hands‑on experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical field Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience PowerShell, Bash, or automation scripting experience Familiarity with SAML, SSO, or enterprise security frameworks Exposure to compliance‑focused or regulated environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential Company
