What You'll Do

As a Crew Member, you are part of a high-energy team that creates great experiences for our customers-whether you're interacting face-to-face or working behind the scenes.

This role includes both Service (Front Counter & Drive-Thru) and Kitchen (Grill & Prep) responsibilities.

+ Welcome customers with energy, eye contact, and a genuine smile

+ Take accurate orders and deliver fast, friendly service

+ Prepare food and beverages according to McDonald's standards

+ Work as a team to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts

+ Communicate clearly and support teammates across all areas of the restaurant

+ Resolve customer concerns

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant at all times

+ Clean as you go-sanitize surfaces, stock supplies, and take pride in both customer areas and kitchen spaces

+ Assist with detailed cleaning tasks including dining room upkeep, equipment, dishes, floors, and closing routines
