Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) is preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CF) will also be considered
• Ability to work onsite throughout the school day
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is an asset

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students, including assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with district and federal guidelines
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decision-making
• Foster an inclusive environment that helps each child reach their potential
