General Utility Worker | 2nd Shift | Union Position | Long-Term Career Opportunity Location: Food Production Facility Shift: 2nd Shift (3:45 PM - 1:00 AM) Weekly OT Available | Union Benefits | Career Growth

• Pack finished products for shipment
• Build boxes and prepare packaging materials
• Palletize and stack products
• Assist with production line operations
• Perform sanitation and clean-up duties
• Sort cardboard, plastic, and waste materials
• Disinfect equipment and production areas
• Conduct basic visual quality inspections
• Follow food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

✅ At least 1 year of stable work history

✅ Experience in:

• Manufacturing
• Production
• Warehouse Operations
• Packaging
• Assembly
• Palletizing

✅ Ability to:

• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Read, write, and speak English
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Work overtime and Saturdays as needed

✅ Must be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (30-40&degree;F)

• Monday - Friday
• 3:45 PM - 1:00 AM
• Most Saturdays required
• 50+ hours per week available
• Daily overtime after 8 hours
• Consistent weekly schedule

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Racine, WI.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
