Strategic Financial Analyst: Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis

Xcel Energy seeks a Sr Financial Analyst to lead analysis, budgeting, and reporting for O&M and capital costs. You will provide actionable recommendations to management and document key processes. You will work with area leaders to forecast, model, and report financial performance. The role requires strong communication, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and 4+ years of related experience; CPA/CMA/MBA is preferred.
