The Dental Assistant will play a crucial role in assisting our dentists and hygienists, ensuring the smooth operation of the dental clinic, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to patient care. Responsibilities: Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment X-Ray Imaging: Capture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols Patient Education: Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options Records Management: Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems Infection Control: Strictly follow sterilization and disinfection protocols Appointment Scheduling: Help manage and confirm patient appointments Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support Qualifications: Dental Assistant certification.
