Job Description
NICU Registered Nurse - Level III NICU

Schedule
- Average every-other weekend; may exceed to meet unit needs.

Requirements
- CA license must be in-hand.
- 2 years total experience; at least 1 year in Level III NICU.
- Travel experience required.
- Patient ratio experience of 2-3; unit ratios can be up to 1:3 (staffed by acuity).
- Required Certifications: BLS (BCLS), NRP (advanced preferred), PALS.
- Charting experience in Epic.
- Core clinical skills: Ventilator management, umbilical lines management, intubation, emergency medication administration, and neonatal conditions management.

Compliance / Notes
- Background checks and credentials verification required.
- 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years (may include Charge RN/Lead).
- LA Fire Card required within the last 30 days (candidate expense).
- Must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, New Year's Day).
- All RTO must be included at submission; approvals based on facility need.
