Mortgage Loan Officer – Wholesale Non-Delegated Lender Company: Tag Lending Group, LLC Location: Remote (Nationwide) Employment Type: W-2 Only Minimum Production: $1,000,000 funded monthly Tag Lending Group offers a performance‑driven platform for wholesale mortgage lending, featuring 60+ investors, advanced automation, and control over pricing and workflow. Benefits Access to 60+ wholesale investors with pricing flexibility Exception pricing available through the investor network Same‑day approvals and 14‑day closings from submission to CTC Proprietary roadmap to homeownership for frictionless borrower experience Pre‑underwriting, setup, and contract processing support Weekly cheat sheets for Realtors and assistance in building a Realtor database Yield advantage of 40 to 150 basis points compared to brokers and direct lenders Weekly playbooks and live coaching from producers with over $100M closed Certified HubSpot Partner with AI‑driven CRM, CMS, and automation Pricing flexibility: we do not lose deals Monthly fee of $299 covers HubSpot Enterprise CRM/CMS, Arive LOS, Slack Pro, Box Cloud, and virtual assistant support Compensation Plan 180 BPS on self‑generated business (up to 225 BPS depending on company margin agreement each quarter) 100 BPS on company‑provided leads 70% of net on DSCR, Fix & Flip, and commercial Paid on time, structured for scale, and compliant across all state and federal requirements Your Responsibilities Lock and structure deals inside Arive Manage all lead activity and follow‑up inside HubSpot CRM Use AI automation to drive follow‑through with Realtors and borrowers Communicate with ops team through Slack Close clean files using the 14‑day workflow Handle Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non‑QM, DSCR, and Private lending programs Build own book, systems, and Realtor referral machine; receive support to set it up Requirements Active NMLS license in good standing Minimum 2 years of origination experience Minimum production of $1M per month Working knowledge of multiple loan products Strong follow‑up and CRM discipline Tech fluency in Arive, HubSpot, Slack, Box, and Outlook Licensing Locations Lender: FL, SC, TN, TX, GA, MI, NM Broker: NJ, CT, PA, NC #J-18808-Ljbffr
