Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - Monday-Thursday onsite; Friday remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Execution Consultant to support a large, multi-year enterprise program focused on domestic and international commercial wire processing. This highly visible initiative includes a November release driving industry-mandated changes to wire transmission standards, transitioning from free-form to structured address data across a complex application landscape.

In this role, you will augment the project management team and lead cross-functional initiatives impacting 40-70 technology applications. You will work in a fast-paced, highly scrutinized environment, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to drive timelines, manage risks, coordinate testing activities, and prepare executive-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of business programs and initiatives with low-to-moderate complexity and risk.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver technology and process changes across multiple systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives and regulatory requirements into executable plans and timelines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within Business Execution.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, proactively escalating delivery concerns.
• Coordinate and oversee regression testing activities, including planning, execution tracking, defect follow-up, and reporting (hands-off testing execution).
• Prepare executive dashboards, presentations, and written updates for senior leadership.
• Provide ongoing program status updates and respond to stakeholder inquiries throughout the day.
• Navigate ambiguity with limited guidance while exercising independent judgment aligned to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Business Execution, Program/Project Management, Implementation, or Strategic Planning , or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
• Direct experience overseeing and tracking multiple technology system changes concurrently within a formal change delivery or program structure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to ask probing questions in highly technical environments.
• Proven ability to manage delivery timelines, identify risks early, and operate in fast-paced organizations.
• Experience preparing materials for executive-level presentations and reporting.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Word .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating technology-focused testing efforts, including regression testing oversight and progress reporting.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and/or Octane .
• Data integration experience.
• Familiarity with domestic and international commercial wire processing.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging standards (e.g., Fedwire, SWIFT, CHIPS).
• Prior experience in financial services
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage ambiguity, and remain flexible in a highly scrutinized program environment.

Work Environment

• Hybrid work schedule: 4 days onsite (Monday-Thursday) at 550 S. Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC; Friday remote .
• No relocation or fully remote options available.
• Occasional local travel between Charlotte office locations may be required.
• No overtime or travel expected beyond local needs.
