If you have a passion for equipment maintenance, enjoy collaborating with others, and want to work for a company that values your skills, we'd like to meet you.What You'll Be Doing:Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipmentPerforming routine preventive maintenance to keep things running greatWorking independently while keeping your shift lead in the loopHelping our Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams get to the root of equipment issuesSharing your talents and supporting other techniciansKeeping our shop tidy and following safety standardsCompleting work orders and documenting them in our systemLearning and growing as you work with new equipment and schematicsJoining in team efforts to improve how we workTackling other tasks as needed!What We're Looking For:High School Diploma or GED5+ years of industrial maintenance experienceSolid skills in break-fix and preventive maintenanceExperience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Allen Bradley controlsFamiliarity with advanced PLCs, robotics, CNC repair, and wrench forge workStrong troubleshooting and repair abilitiesKnowledge of electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systemsComfortable using hand tools and specialized equipmentBasic Microsoft Office and CMMS knowledgeGreat communication and teamwork skillsPositive attitude, dependable, and ready to solve problemsPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, kneel, reach, and use your handsLift 10 lbs regularly and up to 33 lbs occasionallyWork safely around moving parts, some strong fumes, loud noises, and temperature changesReady to Apply?
