Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location: In‑facility Reporting structure: Director of Rehab Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy services. Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers, make referrals, and support team‑based care. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or a Master’s degree in a related field with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with five years of progressively responsible PT experience. PT degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent.
