Business Analyst/Configuration Analyst

wBrooksource is seeking a Business Analyst / Configurator Analyst to support enterprise application and configurator initiatives. This individual will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping design solutions, document requirements, and support configuration and development activities The ideal candidate has a strong Business Analyst mindset with the ability to think through complex business processes, translate requirements into technical solutions, and maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This role is highly collaborative and requires someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in evolving environments Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements Design and document business and technical solutions for configurator-related initiatives Create functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and technical documentation Utilize Azure DevOps to manage requirements, user stories, backlog items, and project documentation Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives Participate in configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for process optimization Maintain thorough documentation and ensure knowledge transfer across project teams Required Qualifications Experience working as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Configurator Analyst, or similar role Strong experience with Azure DevOps for requirements management and project tracking Proven ability to design solutions and clearly document technical and business requirements Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting product configurators, manufacturing systems, ERP platforms, or enterprise applications Background working closely with software development teams Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional documentation Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies #J-18808-Ljbffr Brooksource
