Catering Sales Manager

We're looking for a relationship-driven Catering Sales Manager who is passionate about creating exceptional experiences while growing catering and event business at one of Alabama's premier resort destinations.

What You'll Do

As Catering Sales Manager, you'll develop and execute sales strategies that grow catering revenue while serving as a trusted partner for clients throughout the planning process.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new catering business by building relationships with local organizations, businesses, event planners, and community partners
Consult with clients to design customized events, menus, and experiences that exceed expectations
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully manage events from inquiry through execution
Partner closely with Culinary, Event Operations, and Resort Leadership to ensure seamless event delivery and outstanding guest satisfaction
Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through creative event solutions and exceptional client service
