Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your chosen setting while maintaining essential collaboration with team members through virtual platforms. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and craft personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions across individual, couple, and group counseling sessions.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary treatment teams, ensuring comprehensive care and integrated service delivery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $50,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional bonuses may also apply.
