Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices, technology, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement, delegate and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and evaluate patient responses to interventions. Maintain professionalism by adhering to legal and ethical standards, documenting accurately, and ensuring quality care. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license, BLS certification, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Essential skills include patient care delivery, communication, critical thinking, documentation, and team collaboration. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to see, hear, communicate effectively, manipulate equipment, lift, stand, walk, and occasionally drive.
