What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care in inpatient and outpatient settings across multiple sites
• Conduct preoperative evaluations and develop personalized anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia quality intraoperatively
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery, pain, and immediate postoperative care
• Collaborate with surgical teams, nurses, and specialists to ensure patient safety and high-quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR complying with hospital and regulatory standards
• Support staffing needs during periods of shortage
• Engage in ongoing education and maintain required certifications (BLS, ACLS, NBCRNA)

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Michigan or eligible for licensure
• Current NBCRNA certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least some post-graduate experience as a CRNA (not accepting new graduates)
• Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed
• Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates

• Experience providing anesthesia in similar practice environments
• Strong collaborative skills
