Client PartnerThe RoleUST is searching for an experienced Client Partner to own and grow strategic client relationships. The role will serve as the primary interface between the client and internal teams, with accountability for account growth, customer satisfaction, commercial performance, delivery governance, and executive stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with an understanding of technology services and demonstrate the ability to identify client needs, translate them into business opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.What You’ll Do· Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned strategic accounts.· Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including business, technology, procurement, and executive leadership.· Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business priorities, operating model, challenges, and transformation agenda.· Conduct regular governance meetings, executive reviews, and strategic account discussions.· Serve as an escalation point for key client concerns and ensure appropriate resolution.· Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client priorities.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position.
