Management Analyst II

This Management Analyst II position in the Department of Health and Social Services is responsible for collecting and analyzing capitation and enrollment data for three managed care companies within the Medicaid managed care delivery system. The role provides analytical, technical, and financial support to the Medicaid Operations Unit, monitoring reports to identify trends and making recommendations to management on policy and operational improvements. Key qualifications Six months experience conducting studies to evaluate operations, programs, services, policies and procedures Six months experience in descriptive statistics such as mean, median, mode, or standard deviation Six months experience in interpreting laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures Six months experience in narrative report writing Knowledge of designing studies including goals, objectives, data sources, and collection methods Knowledge of inferential statistics such as correlation, t-tests, f-tests, or analysis of variance #J-18808-Ljbffr
