OB/GYN Opportunity – Miramar, Pembroke Pines & Weston Locations

• Join an established, physician-led OB/GYN practice with opportunities across Miramar, Pembroke Pines, and Weston locations
\n
• Practice out of  one hospital with access to  four office locations (only one office per day; all locations a short drive apart)
\n
• Access to a  robotic surgery system and mentorship from one of the area’s most experienced robotic surgeons
\n
• Experienced midwife support provides backup on call
\n
• Opportunity for  advanced IVF training through the group’s state-of-the-art IVF clinic
\n
• Exposure to an in-house  MFM branch of the practice
\n
• Optional training in  cosmetic gynecology procedures for interested physicians
\n
• Visa sponsorship available ( J-1 and H-1B )
\n

Compensation / Benefits \n

\n
• $300,000 base salary for 3-day-per-week schedule
\n
• Option for 4-day schedule with adjusted higher compensation
\n
• Multiple production incentives to increase earnings

Work Schedule \n

• 3-day work week (including one call day)

• 1:5 call schedule from home
\n
• Call supported by experienced midwives for strong work-life balance
\n
• Flexible option to increase to 4 clinic days if desired
\n

Location \n

• Opportunities in  Miramar, Pembroke Pines, and West Florida
\n
• Split time among 4 well-established offices , with only one office assignment per day
\n
• Single hospital coverage simplifies workflow and continuity of care
\n
