Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arkansas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred. New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered.
• Productivity expectation: ability to meet approximately 60 visits per week and manage 12–14 patients per day, including follow-up double-booking.
• Ability to provide partial pelvic care is a plus.
• Willingness to float to other clinics within the region as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience treating active young adult and professional patient populations.
• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.

Assignment Details

• Shift: Days.
• 36 hours guaranteed with expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.
• OT must be approved by the director prior to working overtime.
• Float to other clinics in the local area may be required.
