School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Salisbury, Maryland

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold current SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment plans for children with speech and language needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to document progress and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based speech and language interventions to students with mild to moderate needs.
• Manage a diverse caseload, providing both direct therapy and consultative services as needed.
• Conduct assessments to determine students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable insight and individualized recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and necessary documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
