Overview Location: Nashville, TN (Primary) or Knoxville, TN Travel: 25–50% to client sites Compensation: $80,000-85,000/yr Equity Offered | Full Benefits | Gym Stipend Our client is opening a new office in Nashville and are seeking ambitious, high-energy professionals to join us as we scale. This is a ground-floor opportunity to make a huge impact. What You’ll Do Serve as the face of our company at client sites – regular onsite visits (25–50% travel) Own the client relationship: account management, hiring plans, and workforce success Leverage our proprietary tools to find, match, and place candidates efficiently Collaborate with leadership and influence hiring strategy from day one What We\'re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or B2B sales Previous experience with clients in high-volume, operational environments Gritty, motivated, and people-first mindset Comfortable working in a high-energy, hands-on environment Experience at comparable organizations is a huge plus Must be based in Nashville or Knoxville – hybrid with client travel required Able to think fast, solve problems, and drive impact Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary + annual bonus Equity options Monthly gym stipend Growth opportunity Office located in Nashville Job Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other Industries: Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Addison Group by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
