What You’ll Need

Technical Requirements and Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.: 3 years.

Education And Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java EE development, with a strong grasp of its ecosystem, frameworks, and best practices.
• Strong experience with Java EE, Spring Boot, and microservices frameworks.: 8 years.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Google) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).: 8 years.
• Proficiency in API design and integration (REST, GraphQL).: 8 years.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).: 8 years.
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud-native applications.: 8 years.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).: 8 years.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).: 8 years.
• Exposure to serverless computing and cloud-native services.: 8 years.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) for modeling complex business domains.: 8 years.

Preferred

• Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).: 8 years.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and high-availability strategies.: 8 years.
• Understanding of cost optimization in cloud environments.: 8 years.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred: 8 years.
• Fundamental understanding of the Information Management principles, IT processes, SDLC, architecture and technologies adopted by an organization.: 8 years.
• Consulting and Facilitation Skills: 8 years.
• Customer-focused ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.: 8 years.
• Proactive Leadership style; self-starter and strong attention to detail.: 8 years.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Demonstrated ability to design and evolve enterprise-level applications that meet rigorous performance and scalability requirements.
• Expertise in microservice architecture, including the design and implementation of distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of modern architectural principles, with practical experience applying the 12-Factor App methodology for building SaaS applications.
• Proficiency in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to model complex business domains and facilitate clear communication between technical and business teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of design patterns and their application in real-world scenarios.
