Earn extra money by moonlighting at other local facilities. Malpractice insurance not needed. Requirements: Open to US citizens, and non-citizens. Must have a Medical Doctorate (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) with acceptable USMLE scores. Must have completed a ACGME accredited residency program, or have practiced in this specialty for at least 5 years – case logs will be required.
