We are looking for a hospitality-driven Event Specialist who can take a client’s vision and turn it into an exceptional reality while upholding the elevated standards and service excellence our brand is known for. Based in Southern California, the Event Specialist plays a key role in planning and producing luxury weddings, corporate events, social celebrations, and experiential gatherings while partnering closely with clients, vendors, culinary, service, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution. What You’ll Do Lead the planning and production process for catered events from post-contract handoff through event completion Build strong client relationships while delivering a highly personalized and hospitable experience Translate client vision into thoughtful event details, layouts, timelines, and execution plans Coordinate vendors, tastings, BEOs, event logistics, and production details with accuracy and care Oversee onsite event execution and serve as a key point of contact for clients and vendors Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary, service, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless experiences Support revenue growth and client retention through exceptional hospitality and attention to detail Uphold and represent the 24 Carrots Core Values: Trustworthiness, Collaboration, Service Excellence, Dedication What We’re Looking For A genuine heart for hospitality and passion for creating memorable guest experiences Someone who can balance creativity with operational excellence and company standards Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities Experience in catering, hospitality, event production, luxury service, or client management Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and event-based schedulesA proactive team player who enjoys collaboration and creating exceptional experiences together Preferred Experience 2+ years of experience in catering, hospitality, event coordination, sales, or related fields Experience with CRM systems, event management platforms, and Microsoft/Google applications Knowledge of luxury hospitality and event production environments preferred California Food Handler Card required Why 24 Carrots?
