Registered Nurse (RN)ComForCare Home Care is a leading provider of personalized in-home care services, helping clients live independently and safely in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team on a part-time and PRN basis.The RN will provide skilled nursing services in a home setting, supporting clients with clinical needs while also conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans. This role is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful one-on-one patient care.Benefits:Competitive salaryFlexible scheduleTraining & developmentWhy Join ComForCare:Treated with respect and dignityOngoing training and development opportunitiesFlexible schedulingWhat we are looking for:Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursingCurrent license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practiceCPR certificationDemonstrated knowledge of safety and infection control practicesWhat you will be doing:Perform skilled nursing procedures in the home, including:IV infusionsWound careMedication setup and managementChronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, CHF, COPD)Conduct initial and ongoing client assessmentsDevelop, implement, and update individualized care plansMonitor client progress and communicate changes to appropriate partiesEducate clients and family members on care needs and disease managementEnsure compliance with all state regulations and company policiesMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationSalary Range: $45-50 per hour depending on experienceCompensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
