EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's Degree Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Enzymology, Pharmacology, Chemistry or related field.
Preferred: Master's Degree Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Enzymology, Pharmacology, Chemistry or related field.

EXPERIENCE:
Required: Three years research experience in a lab. With preferred degree, one year experience.
Preferred: Experience in molecular cloning and recombinant DNA technologies. Experience with protein expression, purification, and characterization. Experience with antibody expression and purification. Experience with protein biophysical and biochemical characterization. Experience evaluating antibody-antigen interactions, including affinity and binding characterization. Experience with state-of-the-art analytical techniques such as BLI/Octet, SEC-HPLC, FPLC, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, UV spectroscopy, and LC-MS. Experience analyzing antibody sequence data and supporting antibody engineering and affinity maturation is highly desirable.
